Abstract
Overview of the establishment of a Next Generation Sequencing service for cell-free total nucleic acid (cfTNA) analysis in a clinical diagnostic laboratory in accordance with ISO15189 accreditation standards. Discussion is based on liquid biopsy application in a clinical diagnostic laboratory with a specific focus in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, our validation plan, workflow, and reporting of cfTNA findings.
