SuDPrep Fast DNA Library Prep Set for Illumina® | Creative Biolabs

Designed for the Illumina® platform, this kit provides the premixed enzyme modules required for DNA fragmentation, end-repair, and adaptor ligation in DNA library construction. By controlling the reaction time, Frag Enzyme can fragment 10 ng-1 μg genomic DNA, long PCR amplification products and DNA from FFPE sample into 50-1000 bp DNA fragments, and the fragmentation randomness is highly consistent with mechanical fragmentation. The DNA ends are filled, phosphorylated and added A in one step. Without purification, the adapters can be directly added, and the library was enriched by high-fidelity DNA polymerase. The PCR amplification was not preferred, and the coverage area of the sequence was expanded. The library constructed can be used for sequencing on sequencing platforms such as Illumina GAIIx, HiSacnSQ, HiSeq 2500/2000/1000 and MiSeq sequencing.
