Designed for the Ion torrent platform, this kit provides the premixed enzyme modules and reaction buffer needed to construct a DNA library, including all components except the adapter. Compared to conventional library construction methods, the kit combines multiple steps, omitting multiple purification steps, thus significantly reducing the minimum amount of starting template DNA and shortening library construction time. In addition, the kit uses high-fidelity DNA polymerase for library enrichment, no preference PCR amplification, expanding the sequence coverage. The library constructed can be used for sequencing on sequencing platforms such as Ion torrent PGM, Ion Proton.
