SuD AmpSeq Library Prep Kit is a library construction kit based on super-multiplex PCR technology, which introduces multiple core technologies, such as terminal primer digestion. The entire process is carried out in one tube, with no purification steps. It only takes 4 h from amplification to library generation. The results are reliable and uniform, which can help researchers to complete the amplicon construction in a simple, fast and efficient manner.
The kit can be used with the targeted amplification primer panel to efficiently capture the target region for library construction, for example, combining with SuD AmpSeq Cancer HotSpot Panel (SD401-24 rxn) for cancer-related hotspot gene library construction. Using with of SuD AmpSeq Adapters 1-12 for Illumina® (SD501-24 rxn) or SuD AmpSeq Adapters 1-12 for Ion Torrent (SD601-24 rxn) is compatible with Illumina® and Ion Torrent sequencing platform.
The starting template range is from 10 ng to 100 ng, compatible with genomic DNA, FFPE samples and cell-free DNA (cfDNA).
