SupHTS Library Quantification Kit for Ion torrent is used to determine the library concentration of Ion Torrent platform by SYBR Green I-based qPCR. The kit provides a reaction mixture, a DNA primer mix, standards and sample dilutions required for qPCR. The reagent system is complete and easy to operate. The SYBR Green I contained in the reaction mixture can bind to all double-stranded DNA; DNA Polymerase contained is a new chemically modified high-efficiency hot-start polymerase and the enzyme should be activated at 95 °C for 10 min. This high-specificity and high-efficiency product enables rapid and accurate quantification of the concentration of library constructed.
