SuR mRNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina® is an mRNA library construction kit designed for Illumina® platform. This kit contains the complete set of reagents required for cDNA library construction (except adapters and PCR primers), including mRNA isolation, fragmentation, cDNA single-stranded and double-stranded synthesis. The magnetic beads in this kit can specifically adsorb mRNA. The end filling and the addition of dA tail are completed in one step and the adapter ligation can be directly performed without an intermediate purification step. The ligation products are subjected to library enrichment using a high-fidelity DNA polymerase for no-biased PCR.
