SuR mRNA-seq v2 Library Prep Kit for Illumina® | Creative Biolabs

SuR mRNA-seq V2 Library Prep Kit for Illumina® is specially used for transcriptome library construction for Illumina® high throughput sequencing platform. The amount of starting template ranges from 0.1 μg to 4 μg total RNA from eukaryotes, such as animals, plants and fungi. Total RNA samples will be subjected to mRNA isolation, fragmentation, double-stranded cDNA synthesis, end repair, and addition of poly A tails, linker ligation, ligation product purification and fragment sorting, library amplification, etc., which are finally available for the Illumina® platform. This kit utilizes magnetic bead sorting method to quickly obtain a mRNA library of a specific length, which can satisfy every unique need of different experiments. This kit consists of three separate packages, NR1, NR2 and NR3, which contain all the necessary enzymes and buffers for library construction. All components undergo rigorous quality control and functional verification to ensure maximum library construction stability and repeatability.
