SuR mRNA Magnetic Isolation Module is a kit for the isolation of mRNA from total RNA by magnetic beads. The kit contains Oligo d(T)25 magnetic beads, RNA binding buffer and elution buffer required for mRNA isolation. Poly (A) mRNA is isolated from total RNA by specific binding of Oligo d(T) 25 magnetic beads to mRNA with ploy (A) tail. The magnetic bead separation technology can obtain a smaller volume of intact RNA eluate without the need to precipitate poly (A)+ product from the eluent, which greatly improves the extraction yield and the purity of poly(A) mRNA. All reagents provided in the kit are subjected to rigorous quality control and functional verification to ensure maximum stability and repeatability of library construction.
