SuR RNA-seq Library Prep Kit for RNA Profiling–Illumina® is a RNA library construction kit for Illumina® platform. This kit only measures transcriptome information near the 3' end of the mRNA. Compared to gene chip technology, high-throughput sequencing gene expression technology provides researchers with a better way to discover and analyze gene differential expression. Since this method only takes transcriptome information near the 3' end of the mRNA as a research object, and there is no excessive demand for RNA splicing levels and other information based on the total transcriptome level, there is no need to measure the entire transcriptome, thereby saving a large amount of sequencing funds. Similar to the transcriptome RNA library construction kit, features like excellent directionality, automated compatible processes and lower starting sample amount are also unique to this product.
