SuR small/microRNA Library Preparation Kit for Illumina® | Creative Biolabs

The small/microRNA library preparation kit effectively removes primer dimers and obtains a greater variety of small RNAs in the same amount of starting materials. Through the process of linker ligation, reverse transcription and PCR, a small/microRNA library for Illumina® platform can be constructed successfully. By optimizing the experimental procedure, the linker dimer is effectively reduced.
Small/microRNA library construction can be successfully completed from a minimum of 10 ng of total RNA, while effectively reducing the bias of ligation reaction, enabling the client to find more small RNAs and microRNAs at the same sequencing depth. More small RNAs and microRNAs produce better scientific findings. This product can be widely used for small/microRNA library construction to analyze total RNA of various clinical samples (such as FFPE samples and serum/plasma samples).
