SuR-sc Single Cell Kit V2 is suitable for non-bias isothermal genome amplification system based on multiple displacement amplification (MDA) using single cells or microsamples as templates. More than 95% of single-cell genome can be covered. The size of the amplification product is between 2 kb-100 kb and the average product length is more than 20 kb.
