Laminin-5 (P3H9-2) Alexa Fluor® 546 | Santa Cruz Biotechnology

mouse monoclonal IgG1; Laminin-5 Antibody (P3H9-2) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal Laminin-5 antibody (also designated LAMA5 antibody and Laminin alpha 5 antibody) that detects the Laminin-5 protein of human origin by WB, IP and IF. Laminin-5 Antibody (P3H9-2) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-Laminin-5 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-Laminin-5 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Laminin-5 is a glycoprotein complex of three subunits (laminin -alpha3, -beta3, and -gamma2) that influences cell adhesion (metastasis), signal transduction and keratinocyte differentiation. Laminin-5 localizes to the basal lamina underneath epithelia and mediates the anchoring of basal epithelial cells to the extracellular matrix (ECM). Differential processing of the subunits of the Laminin-5 precursor influences how this protein integrates into the ECM architecture.
