RASL11B (C-3) Alexa Fluor® 680 | Santa Cruz Biotechnology

mouse monoclonal IgG1; RASL11B Antibody (C-3) is an IgG1 κ mouse monoclonal RASL11B antibody (also designated RASL11B antibody) that detects the RASL11B protein of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. RASL11B Antibody (C-3) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-RASL11B antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-RASL11B antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RASL11B (RAS-like, family 11, member B) is a widely expressed protein with highest levels of expression in placenta and primary macrophages. RASL11B is a Ras-related GTPase and belongs to a Ras subfamily of potential tumor suppressors. Although it shares a high degree of similarity with Ras proteins, RASL11B lacks the characteristic prenylation sites of Ras proteins. Members of the Ras superfamily of small molecular weight GTPases play diverse and critical roles in mediating cellular responses to extracellular stimuli, including mitogenesis, cytoskeletal maintenance and rearrangement, and integrin activation. RASL11B is believed to localize to the cytoplasm and, as is suggested by its TGFβ1-induced expression, may participate in TGFβ1-regulated developmental processes. In addition, RASL11B may contribute to conditions such as inflammation, arteriosclerosis and cancer.
