Abstract
Providing insight into how Congress and Executive agencies have adapted and responded to states legalizing cannabis for medical use. Discussion will include proposed solutions to end the federal-state conflict of laws that currently prevents access, research, and progress.
Learning Objectives:
1. Identify areas where states have regulated cannabis policies
2. Recognize what policy changes the Federal Government must make on cannabis that fall outside the realm of state control
