BIOGRAPHY
All trainers are people but not all people are trainers. Several factors beyond the trainer influence the effectiveness of a safety training programs. This program will discuss the critical steps for developing, delivering, and evaluating safety training programs. Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to: discuss behavioral-based safety training, the three levels of learners, develop measurable learning objectives, evaluate standard operating procedures, describe creative solutions for e-based training development, describe the need for continued personal/professional development (behavioral evolution) and discuss the importance of program evaluation.
