Keynote Presentation: Single-cell virus sequencing of influenza infections that trigger innate immunity

Influenza infections are initiated by just a handful of virions infecting a handful of cells, so it is important to understand what happens in single infected cells. I will describe work that characterizes how the mutations in individual virions affect the outcome of infection in single cells.
