Effective workplace training in a research facility is an important key in ensuring smooth operations and high standards of animal care. Today's diverse workforce offers many benefits such as multiple perspectives to aid in finding solutions, an enriched work environment, by opening the opportunity to learn about other cultures, and the ability to distribute tasks according to individual skill and interests.
