Abstract
While density gradient ultracentrifugation (DGUC) remains a gold standard for high-resolution purification, traditional workflows are challenged by labor intensity, variability, and limited scalability. The OptiMATE Gradient Maker streamlines gradient preparation through automation, enabling consistent, reproducible results across a range of rotor formats. This presentation showcases new application data demonstrating effective use of the system with the Type 45 Ti rotor for large-volume purification and the Type 50.2 Ti rotor for high-throughput workflows. These results highlight the flexibility of the OptiMATE Gradient Maker to support both scale-up and parallel processing needs while achieving significant reductions in run time and manual effort. Together, these capabilities position the OptiMATE system as a robust solution for accelerating DGUC across research, development, and process-scale environments.
